How long do your candles burn?

Our candles are crafted to give you long-lasting enjoyment! 🕯️ We use CDN cotton wicks and slow-burning, crackling wooden wicks in our 5oz round tin candles — not only do they create a cozy vibe, but they help your candle burn evenly and cleanly.

Are your candles safe for kids/ pets?

That said, we always recommend keeping candles out of reach of children and pets while burning — safety first, always! 💛

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

We want you to love every part of your Scented Escapes experience! 🕯️✨ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for used candles or scent preferences — but we’re always here to help you find a scent you’ll love! 💛
